Lumia 822 wont connect to PC

Hello,
My Nokia Lumia 822 will not connect to my PC. It used to work, it just doesn't anymore. This error appears, and it will keep connecting and disconnecting with the "dun-dun!" that Windows makes when you plug in a USB device. Any help would be appreciated. 79sCbEk.png
