downloaded MP3s from IE or UC is not showing in music library. Sometimes MP3 downloaded from IE is missing there and sometimes UC's. what's the solution and anyone having the same problem!!?

You need to move downloaded music files to Music folder in your SD card. To do that, download Files app and navigate inside to your SD card and there you would find two folders:
1. Downloads - where files downloaded from IE will be saved.
2. UCDownload - where files downloaded from UC Browser will be saved.

You need to move music files from those two folders to Music folder inside the SD card. Once done, launch Music app and you should see those files there. If you are using a third party music app, try looking for an option that refreshes music library. If refresh/rescan files option is not present, you should consider a phone restart and it should list newly added files then.
