How to make slideshow from images & also add music in windows phone 8.1??? Any app on windows store???

Change the region on your device to US, Germany or whatever region you want where the app is available. Download and install it and switch back region to India afterwards.

Trial and error. But the app in question is definitely available in Germany, so...
