I cant buy anything from the store

My Nokia Lumia 820 on windows phone 8.1 cant use any apps that use money. When I try and buy things from the store it says verifying and then quits to the home screen, this also happens when I try to use the wallet application or try and make an in game purchase. Please help me I have no idea what's wrong!?

as *Laura and lucahammer already said, make sure you have the region in device settings same as the region of your microsoft account and also get the date and time to present
