nokia 1320 water damage

hi friends recently few days back, i keep my phone in back pocket of my jeans and riding bike suddenly the rainfall is heavy. finally when i reach in my home i took my phone and its in on state and iam trying to rub the phone with dry cloth and i switch of it after 2 hrs when i turned on i saw some spread of water like design on my phone which is inside the screen then i turned of and decide to go nokia care and waiting ......i think i have to change display?/////
