Lumia 520 won't detect new updates

HELP! My Lumia 520 tells me that my phone is up to date... but the fact is that its not! Im trying to get black update... the update is available on my country but I dont really know why Im facing this issue..
Also I tried to update with NSU for retail and the software only shows the same current version I have on my phone!
Help Me I want to update my phone! HELP PLEASEEE!

It may be available in your country, but it also has to be available from your carrier. You should contact your carrier concerning the update.
