LUMIA 830 or 1020?

What phone do you think I should consider : lumia 830 or 1020?

It depends.

The 1020 is heavier, has worse battery life, has an awkward camera hump, runs on a relatively slow processor nowadays, and doesn't feature expandable memory. However, it has a nice-looking screen, and a great camera, as well as some features that you'd only find on it or other flagships (like a lanyard strap, for instance.)

Generally, I'd recommend that you get the 830 instead.
