Windows phone 8 reinstall software

in the recent past there was a link or mention of a software by wpcentral, that can be used to re-install windows phone OS 8. has anybody still got that link ? i don't want to do hard reset or soft reset. i own N925

A hard reset or use of the recovery tool will erase all data. A soft reset is like pulling the battery, no data is lost.
You are looking for the Nokia Software Recovery Tool, just for Nokia's.
Just search for it.
