I can not scan the phone memory and the SD card with the antivirus in my laptop...How to do it?

Do you mean you want to scan the phone when you plug it into the laptop? First you don't need to worry about viruses on WP phones. If you want to scan your SD card you'll have to take it out of the phone and connect it via a card reader.

I don't think the phone will ever need scanning. But you will probably have to copy files from the phone to the laptop or a drive to scan. As for the SD card, plug it in directly.
