Why can't I install Junos Pulse VPN on my windows phone ? HTC 8X - Egypt

Hello ALL,

I am trying to get junos pulse VPN client on my phone - HTC 8X.

First I couldn't find it on the store when I searched there, then when I used bing on the phone I found it, when I was redirected to the app on the store I got the error message:

"This app is not available for your device"

I need this app for my work, please tell me what can I do.
Note: I changed the region on the mobile to US long ago.

Is there any special requirements for the VPN that your phone must have? It seems that way.

Here is the pdf help guide that might answer your questions about the support. Also it seems to require WP8.1, I believe the HTC 8X has yet to receive the 8.1 update outside of the DevPrev.
