It's no longer possible for me to access Extra+ Info when the regional setting is changed to United States. It's also no longer possible for me to access the Wikipedia app by Rudy Huyn when my regional setting is US. For me to access these I have to revert to United Kingdom, which has been my regional choice right from the purchase of the phone (Lumia 1020) almost a year ago until recently. What's really the problem?
