Why is my Lumia 1020 turning off automatically and for it turn to on is has be at rest?

my lumia 1020 turn off automatically and for turn on shallbe reset

My Lumia 1020 after some day turn off automatically and no turn on again .only way for turn on is reset mobile
With 2bottom volume and turn on bottom together for 10 -15 second
After turn on shall be fix date and time again
How i can fix problems

Is this happening all the time or only just this once?

The time and date issue is due to your carrier not supplying the signal to keep time and date.

i have this problem
my lumia 1020 some time without using that turn off automatically and can not on again with power bottom
for start again i have only one way and that is press power and volume bottom together
and after on time and date is error shall be up to date again
some time this problem was after one week and some time is every day
can you help me

this happening some time every day 4 - 5 day
i check without sim card in home for 4 day not problem no turn off afternoon i go to outdoor turn off again
this problem start after update windows to 8.1
after turn off no start with power bottom only start again with press volume and power bottom together for 10 ~15 sec
can you help me????

If you don't mind resetting your phone, which means deleting everything than you can try either of the following.

Keep in mind this will delete everything on the phone. Be sure to backup prior to doing this.

Settings -> Backup

Option 1
Hard reset

Settings -> About -> Reset phone This puts your phone into factory reset. It will delete all personal data on the phone.

Option 2

If the hard reset doesn't work you can try using the Nokia Software Recovery Tool. This requires a PC, USB cable and an Internet connection.

This software will download and install a new firmware. The download is fairly large.

Again this will delete all information on the phone.

I believe this is the only way to solve your issues.

of last night until now not turn off i am during test
but cortana delete of my system
if fix my problem i need back cortana but when i press update bottom writing your system is up to date
who i can get cortana again

i change regeion language anf keyboard to united state english and restart phone and back cortana

tonight i use option 2
