Windows 1o will be out next year so no phone has Windows 10 on it yet, although I suppose you meant WILL the 520, the answer seems to be "Probably".

No 2 year support for the phone will be up when windows phone 10 comes out, besides might need a bigger ram to support future apps

The RAM part would be disappointing. Let's not forget that the 630 has 512mb RAM as well. And wasn't the support for WP 3 years>
