Why won't store apps phone download?

Trying to download apps but it keeps coming up with error code 80860010 trying to download from the windows App Store

Allow me to copy / paste directly from Microsoft's support website:

Thank you for posting in the forum. I understand that you cannot get any app on your Nokia Lumia 630, you are getting this error code: 80860010.
Please check in settings > time + date if automatically settings are turn off. Also, make sure that you have right language and region on your phone, and then please restart it.
I would also try to use other connection (Wi-Fi or data connection).
If issue still persist, I would try to perform hard reset and set up it again with your Microsoft account, but do not forget to backup your data. More information you can find here:

Ok no that's over than its there is something wrong with your Microsoft account then it say ilclick next , when I press it nothing is on the screen
