How can I fix overheating Lumia 820 on Airtel 2G network?

Am using Lumia 820 it heats very badly when I use even 2g internet.am from India using Airtel connection.Any solution guys am on cyan dp 8.1.1.plz help me guys.It is just 1 year old.plz help me guys.will I hard reset heating issues will be gone?I need suggestion.

What apps are you using when you experience this overheating? What apps are running in the background? How good is your signal?

What OS and firmware version do you have installed?

But using only 2g for browsing should not heat .my fingers are also heating when am browsing for just 30 minutes.is I due to do 8.1.1 or whether I need to change my battery.
