Does Win8.1 support otg?

I want known that in this new update if there is a support of otg and if no there will be any chance that Microsoft will come up with this thing?

Windows 8.1 (as in the laptop/tablet/desktop OS?) Absolutely.

Will it happen in the future? I'm on the fence, it could go either way, I think it mainly hinges with what they do with Windows 10 on phones.

I think MS is positioning the phone as an extension to a windows PC experience, not a micro PC. I don't ever see (for security reasons) them ever allowing usb memory to be directly attached. They may add support for keyboards or other devices in the future, but I don't ever see them being as open as android, and for good reason. Remember, just because you can do something doesn't mean you should.
