Why is there no sound from my phone?

I have lost all sounds from my phone. It doesn't ring when I receive a phone call or text, my alarms don't sound. I can't even play Pandora or Netflix because it doesn't play sound. I've checked all of my settings and everything is fine.

A few details about your phone and version would be quite helpful.

Do you have sound with headphones? Could be dirt inside the jack. If this isn't true, then unfortunately a reset maybe required.

Do a soft reset. If that doesn't work, backup your phone and do a hard reset. If that doesn't seem to work too then its not a software issue and could be your speakers are faulty. Take it to the Nokia Care center.
