Why am I getting the Error code 800c0019?

Error code 800c0019,Help! i have nokia lumia 630 dual sim .

i have nokia lumia 630 dual sim ,but i cant sign in Microsoft account required.
when i choose create one i received this message,We're having trouble signing in.

I think you have a date and time error code ! try skipping the mail settings and check your day/date time ..

Hi!
I did reset my time, however I cannot set it perfectly(It is like 30 seconds behind the real time) and when I set automatyc nothing changes. I did select my time zone. Still, I have the same error! What else can I do? Thanks!

Check your date and time before trying to set up your Microsoft account. Your best turning of the feature 'set automatically' ! The error code is for date and time.

its a error with the phone time. Mainly caused by your mobile operator setting the time. You need to skip signing in and go into settings and then "date and time" and turn of "set automatically". Then set the correct time zone, date and time ! then try signing .
