Backup all, with Windows Phone 8.1 you can backup also settings.

Settings >Backup >app list + settings >Backup Now.
Once you do that signing into your new phone with your Microsoft account will automatically move everything over. Some people say even your Start Screen will be arranged just the way you had it.
