No App notifications???

It's been happening for a while, but when I get an app, notifications are good, but less than a day or so, they don't show up anymore. I have 6snap and 6tag, Facebook, etc, and non of them give me notifications. I only find out when I open them. Anyone know a fix? It's been a huge let down not being updated

Since the past 12 hours, even I haven't been getting any notifications on Whatsapp. It suddenly stopped and I receive the messages only when I open up the app. Not sure why this is happening...

Turn on airplane ✈ mode then turn on battery saver and turn off your phones normally
Then turn it on, turn off the airplane ✈ mode and turn off the battery saver. If it still doesn't work then do a soft reset be holding the power button and the volume show key
