Windows Central app - how to login if i have a Microsoft account?

I created a Windows Central login using my Microsoft account on the website forum. However, when I use the Windows Central on my Windows Phone, I don't have that option to login with my Microsoft account. How do I do that then? I want to participate on the phone as well as the website.

Well I think the option is somewhere in settings, but to make it easier. Open the app, open an article, tap to comment and the app will prompt you to sign in first

Hello,what I know is that you can't log in to the Windows central app using Microsoft or FB or any other thing, you need a mobile nations account to sign in.
