How do I enter the Static IP on my Lumia?

[Windows Central Question]

Static IP option is not getting available in wifi option.

my phone(lumia 520,RM-914 india) have lumia cyan update.
but there is no option to insert static ip in wi-fi.
but my friend's phone have same option available and his phone is also at lumia cyan update but his RM-998 india.
This potion will available in coming months or not ?
By the way can we get this option manually by changing firmware?

i dont this option is available on 520 and that is very strange as it appears on 525
