Cortana is part of the OS and can't be uninstalled.
However, you could just turn her off and be none the wiser.

But in reality yes you can. As much as people would like to say it is built into the OS, this is windows, You can uninstall anything.

First install Classic shell, this is important because once Cortana is uninstalled you will not be able to open up the useless metro start menu. After that open up task manager, and find the "search" process. Right click it and click open file location. Then click "end process" on the search process. Then go to the folder that was opened and delete the 2 files that start with cortana. Their, cortana is uninstalled.

Microsoft will not be happy, and people will complain, But That is how you do it. I have been running windows 10 like that ever since day one with cortana and it seems to work fine. Although I am unaware of any side effects. I can almost promise on the release of windows 10, someone will release a program that will uninstall all the extra crap that is included in windows 10.

Go to regional settings, choose Bangladesh, choose English language, restart the Phone. Cortana is gone. Cortana is not available for Bangladesh.
Your Phone will work perfect, without Cortana.
