How do I use Cortana in China??

[Windows Central Question]

I have the Lumia 925, running Cyan (version 8.10.12393.890), and am unsure of how to turn on Cortana (or the Chinese variant Xiao Na - I think it's called). I have my Regional settings set up as Country/Region: China, and Regional format: English (United States). I don't see Cortana in the Applications list under settings. How do I find it, and how do I use it?
