After installing update as prompted I am unable to receive or call from Nokia 625

After installing a prompted update I am unable to call or receive calls through contact list or by manually dialling. It states that I have dialled an incorrect number - help please

I would try a soft reset first (hold down the volume down and the power buttons at the same time and wait for the second vibration and release both.

If that doesn't work, I would try a hard reset and see if that does the trick.

If neither doesn't work, let us know here and we will try other things.
