Why aren't my bottom touch keys working?

bottom touch keys don't work

Return key does not work, bing key does not work

Hard reset - Press and hold the following buttons camera+volume down + Power until your phone vibrates, then release only the power key and keep pressing the camera + Volume down for a couple more seconds until the phone reboots.

Just note this a hard reset not and reboot - to reboot try first - Press and hold volume down and power button for 10 seconds. This will reboot your phone. Try this first before the factory reset.

First try a soft reset, hold the volume down button and on/off button continuously till your phone turns off and then release. Once or twice even my touch keys became unresponsive and a soft reset fixed it.
