Maybe you change your password on PC but forgot to reenter on phone (MHO dont what else it could be). Does your email work/sync?

Had a replacement for Nokia Lumia 625 => 630 and was forced to open a family account. Apparently its a mobile for kids hence a parent or someone above a certain age must have an account linked to yours. Change your age to something that is for a mature person. Good luck!
