I can't connect to windows account

Hi! I have a new Nokia Lumia 635 and I can't connect to the windows account. It gives error 800c019. What can I do to make it work?

I can't find that error code on a web search...

(Possibly) related codes indicate toggle Data Sense to off may solve the issue... (Possibly) related occurrences of failure to sign into Microsoft Account indicate ensuring date and time are correct may solve the issue...
