Clock/date live tile

I have been looking for a certain date/time live tile app on a lot of photos on the WPC app and other pictures on Windows phones but I cannot find the name of that certain date/time live tile app. Does anyone have any idea what I am talking about?

Start screen clock - it's an universal app, search it on the store
Doesn't show date, only time

Clock Plus? Although it shows just a flip clock and not date.

This one has it all, looking great and it's free. There are some payable skins but you could live without them.
