Can i use the Dual Shock 3 on my Windows Phone?

Dear WC,soon i'm getting a Dual Shock 3 (AKA Playstation 3 controller) to use on my PC,but i wonder,is it possible to also use it on Windows Phone too? I'm mainly interested to use it on the VBA8 emulator,if it's possible please tell me.

Last i heard such thing was the CobaltController but that driver was intended for WP7... most likely it won't work for WP8/8.1 because of the new Bluetooth API's and drivers.

So, the most practical solution would be using MOGA controllers.
