What do I need to do to wipe my personal data from a Dell Venue 8 Pro 32 so I can sell it?

Thanks for any help.

I have a Dell Venue 8 Pro 32GB that I purchased new last December (2013).
I do not use it anymore and I would like to sell it.

I would like to make sure all my personal information is wiped from the tablet before handing it over to a new owner if I find one.

I would also like to restore it to the condition it was in when I purchased it so the new owner has access to everything he or she is supposed to.
