    hi i just got the nokia lumia 730 , i need to change the os from windows 8.1 to android . can this be done ?? if yes how ?? if no what option ???

    None of the above will help the OP. These are instructions for installing Android on Windows Mobile devices (e.g. HTC HD2) and for installing Android on Windows, not Windows Phone.

    The video is horrible. That disco music blasting so loud you can't hear the person speaking...

    ​Anyway, it is showing a launcher. The device is still running Widows Phone, just "skinned" to look like Android.

    @ the OP.

    First: please, protect yourself and don't post personal contact info on public spaces.

    Second: you can't put Android on a Windows Phone. There are no drivers for the hardware and no one is writing them from scratch.

    Third: why, oh why would you buy a Windows Phone if you wanted Android?

    Forth: your option is to find someone who wants to swap phones with you...

    Fifth: WTH were you thinking?
