How do I unlock a made-in-usa window 7 used outside the USA?

made-in-usa window 7 used outside the USA cannot be activated

Dear Sir,

I am a Thai citizen living in Thailand.
A week ago, I have bought Windows 7 Ultimate made-in-USA version
from my German friend who also lives in Thailand.
I have successfully installed it but could not activate it.
The message shows "the product has been locked".

Please kindly help.
