can i get google play on my nokia lumia 930?

I'm trying to get the google play store on my Nokia Lumia 930 windows phone. But it says"please link the account to the google play shopping basket icon" I cannot see this icon on my phone. Please help! Thanks

Simple answer, no as Google does not offer any support to Windows Phone. Google play isn't even available to Apple, but their EPUB reader app play book is available on iOS.

Apps from the Apple Store will only work on Apple devices
Apps from the Google Play Store will only work on Android devices
Apps from the Windows Phone Store will only work on Windows Phone devices

You cannot take an app from one store and use it on a competing device.

All you can do is contact the developer of the app(s) you want and ask for them to produce a Windows Phone version of the app.
