Coming back to WP, which is the best bang for buck?

I had a Nokia 520 with GoPhone last year, and after a while I switched back to android because a I got a deal I couldn't resist. I am really interested in switching back, and will probably use a prepaid At&t carrier like cricket or h2o. I'm looking to buy a new one after tax season. My only requirements is a front facing camera and LTE. Other than that i'm open for anything. 8.1 seems to intrigue me. Cortana seems a lot better than Siri or "Ok Google."

After tax season? After April 15th? I guess you are planning ahead.

I would pick up a much more powerful phone than the 500 series on Ebay for less than $100 and I would do it now.

Buy an excellent used condition 920 from eBay for cheap. Best bang for the buck.
