Surface 2 - Used as graphic tablet?

I'm studying in Conception, Modeling & 3D Animation. I would like to know if with a Surface 2 I can draw directly on it iwht a stylus. And if it can run Zbrush4R2 / Autodesk Maya or 3dsmax / Adobe Photoshop CS5 / Autodesk Sketchbook Pro 7 ? Thank you very much for answering me!

You would be best off going with surface pro 3 as surface 2 cannot do any of those things. But the pro 3 does them all

It is the Pro series that use a stylus and as full blown PC's can run any full program and if you want to save pennies you can still find the odd Surface Pro or Surface Pro 2 going cheap.
