Why can I receive text messages on my Lumia 820 but I can't open attachments?

I can receive text messages on my lumia 820 but I can't open attachments

When I receive a text from somebody I do get the text but when I try to open the attachment it will not open up I get a message that says "get media content now" (32KB) I don't know what to do to open up the attachments. Any help would be appreciated Richard

Cellular needs to be on or you need to change or set your mms apn.
