why is my battery life drain so fast on a lumia 530 and just bought it?

I kinda over charged it but it was only one time and also I charge it to 97% and in 10 minutes its 91% on twenty minutes its 76%

Same here I have two and both use battery like there's no tomorrow. I have bought a couple of spare batteries but noticed there are some gold 2300mah batteries on ebay they might last longer!

When did you buy it exactly ? You have to wait a week until the battery is calibrated. Hope this will help.

also give it a couple days since its new and probably being used a lot by you.

don't worry about overcharging.
