How can I access pictures stored on OneDrive?

It says downloading, but nothing happens. I want to move everything from one drive to my hard drive. This is awful!!!

Are you referring to accessing OneDrive pictures on your phone or PC? Either way, you can use the OneDrive app, the photos app in WP or OneDrive in File Explorer on the desktop. I actually like the accessibility of pictures in OneDrive across my devices personally.

If on a PC, right-click the OneDrive cloud icon in the System Tray, do Settings>Choose Folders.
You should be able to choose to have a copy of all your OneDrive folders stored locally on that PC.
Note it's a Copy, not a Move.
