How do I setup my apn settings on my htc titan 1?

I use straighttalk and i've tried to put in straighttalks apn settings as well as at&t's. I've tried to go to the marketplace to download the connection setup but everytime I try to access it, it says the marketplace isnt working and it gives me the error code 805ab406. Somebody please help with this. Everytime I call straighttalk they are no help.

I recently set up Straight Talk on my old Lumia 920 which is now my mother-in-law's phone. Everything worked fine there, so regardless of the difference in OS, everything should work ok.

Go to settings > cellular > add apn.

APN - tfdata
User Name - (blank)
Password - (blank)
Proxy server/URL - mms3.tracfone.com
Proxy Port - 80
