Is the Note server having problems. Cant transfer docs from Office lens to Note.

Is the Note server having problems. Cant transfer docs from Office lens to Note. I have tried with both of my Windows phones that are on different networks but to no avail. Office Lens just spins and spins and wont transfer the doc.

There is something wrong with Office Lens and or One Note. I have called Microsoft and got hung up on after a hour on the phone, and called HTC was very nice but referred me back to Microsoft. Office Lens simply not sync with One Note on 2 HTC M8 phones, both of which are less than 3 months old and a Lumia Icon would not sync either. Any suggestions?
