Windows Phone 8.1: How to dowload apps from USA Region Store?

Whenever I tap to install or buy button for installing the application from usa store it says, "My Family need to be set up, Ask your parent to go to the windowsphone.com and add a family account".

The MS store has an age limit.. It all depends on what age you added in the account you used to sign in to the phone

Edit: Also make sure you have your region set to US

If there is an age limit then why it is not restricting me on local store(LOCAL REGION) ?

Lol yes there's an age limit.. Not sure what it is tho.. I remember it was an issue back when Cortana was released
