That is PC software. It works with Windows Desktop. Windows Phone is a different OS.

There is not currently any AV for Windows Phone and no demonstrated need for any at this point. Attacks target the most popular Operating Systems and programs. It's a numbers game. The attackers need as many opportunities as possible to make their success worthwhile. Windows Phone has not come under attack, yet.

No. All content that you install and run on your phone is virus checked by Microsoft before it hits your phone.

There's no need to install any anti-virus software on your phone (anything that pretends to be a scanner in the Windows Phone Store is basically lying).

You need to be careful about phishing attempts, but that's about it (and those are easy to spot if you keep an eye on the address bar in Internet Explorer).
