Selecting an email account to send from

I receive emails into multiple email accounts. Is there a way to respond to an email using a different account from which it was received?

There seems to be no direct way to this right now, aside from: a) copying the entire email and the sender's address across email accounts and; b) forwarding the email to your other email account and then replying from that other email account. These two may appear tedious.

However, news of a coming Microsoft Hotmail App might have this feature (I've read this in my phone a few hours ago, but I can't find the article now).
