(Question to believers only) Is it possible to port win,7/8/8.1-phone to other devices?

My device belongs to me and i am not selling it to you SO what would be needed to do such a port operation.
what and why.= I love windows...maybe they drug me thru the phone...idont know.
I hate the hardware the software is running on plus I know is overpriced when the Hardware starts to look feasible .
Target.= Qualcomm's new 6.2' phone. Its a bit too big for me but the hardware KICKS.
I am a newbee yes..that's why i am asking. But i will learn and put in the work and do it if someone points me in the right direction...then i will post it for those who want to try.

Not possible as far as I know and I have seen the question asked plenty of times.
WP7.x could be ported to a HTC HD2 but I am not aware of any others.
