How do I get Device Hub on my Windows phone?

[Windows Central Question]

The windows store says

I saw an update for Device Hub come up, and I accepted the new conditions. Since then, Device Hub is nowhere to be found on my phone. I'm running WP 8.1 on a Lumia 929/Icon. OS version: 8.10.14147.180
I've got this phone on long-term loan from a friend so I can try out WindowsPhone. I'd love to try Device Hub, it sounds awesome. But I can't find it! Thanks...

First you can try to soft reset the phone by holding power button + volume down for 10 seconds, then check if the device hub app is present.

If not you can use the Storage sense and go to apps + games, search for the app, if you manage to find it you can uninstall the app. Then install the Device hub app again and the app should be present.

Device hub is in settings not in apps, open settings, if you just updated it it will be near the bottom
