    If buying a used phone that is branded... It was optimized for that network.

    There are two CDMA models - one for Sprint and one for Verizon. So far as I know the only CDMA crossover is some Vzw phones can get activation onto Page Plus. I've not heard of anyone else accepting a Sprint phone.

    Cost aside, for best network ? ATT imo.
    I'm on TM and it's $30 cheaper for the same thing ATT charges after taxes $88.
    I don't have an HTC btw but the my answer would be the same.
