Why am I not able to backup my Lumia 920?

BACKUP error

Hi! I can't get backup my Lumia 920,i cancelled the old one and did it again but same error appear, that is server disconnected, retry later... anyone knows how to solve this problem? I just don't have any backup now...

Delete the old backup. On your phone, settings > backup > apps + settings. Tap the button for manage backups and then there is a delete button to delete your backup from Onedrive. Then turn your phone off and back on. Go back to settings > backup > apps + settings. Tap back up now button. Your phone should do a successful backup now.
