whenever i'm adding my onedrive for business it's always showing an error has occured

Ok, first question for you here. Are you able to log into your Outlook Web Access portal using the same organisational id and password?

Second question is, what error message/code are you getting?

You have to authenticate through Office.

That's a fairly old article (from February). The latest version of the OneDrive app for Windows Phone allows you to enter your organisational id and password and authenticate immediately, there shouldn't be a need to fudge with sharepoint urls.

Yep, it's as simple as that. You just use the hambuger menu to swap between one account and the other.
