Why can't I buy apps from store?

Why cant I buy no apps from store

When I try to buy some apps from store I got error that my card expired and that I need to add another one, card did not expire its valid I have money on it so its not that problem. What to do I cant purchase no apps?

Go to WALLET and deleting your card and than add it again may work.
